Overview

Join us as we welcome different software providers for our special 4+ session series on the appraiser's "user experience" in various applications that are ready for the UAD 3.6 and the new report structure for the Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR). These are the most updated software versions!

• Each session, we will focus on how a different software enables appraisers to meet the needs of the new expanded URAR with ease and efficiency. This takes professionals beyond a mere understanding of the report layout and into the nuts and bolts of what it will "look like" and "feel like" to complete these new reports both in the field and at the desk.

• Broad production of the New URAR began in January 2026. Whether you are an appraiser, lender, real estate agent, or other professional in the real estate space, you need to understand the many moving parts.
