This course is designed to meet clients' requirements as well as certain states' requirements related to USPAP training for AMCs. It is mainly a recording of an August 2024 live presentation for the client AMC.

Description: 4-hour non-CE course covering USPAP content for AMCs to meet client and state training and knowledge requirements including key concepts of Preamble, Definitions, Rules, Standards 1 and 2, Advisory Opinions, and FAQs. Focus relates to communication with appraisers, appraiser obligations, client issues, scope of work, engagement, revisions, record keeping, competency, development requirements, reporting content, nondiscrimination, and other topics.
