USPAP Instructional Compliance Training includes foundational training and is designed to meet certain client and regulatory requirements for appraisal departments and appraisal management companies. The session duration is 4 hours and is non-CE. Included with the course is The Appraisal Foundation's free limited version of USPAP, which includes the Preamble, Definitions, Rules, and Standards 1 - 4.

COMPLETION CERTIFICATE

After completing all lessons 100%, a completion certificate will be issued, which will be emailed to you and retained in your profile; immediately upon completion, you will also have an opportunity to download your certificate. "100%" means you have watched the entirety of all videos, answered all questions correctly, viewed all material, etc. You will see progress bars next to components, so you can identify which components you skipped or did not complete.
